Staying Safe! Hurricane Edition
What you do during a hurricane has a tremendous impact on how you and your home safely make it through the lashing winds and torrential rains of such a powerful storm system.
Use this activity to give students a better understanding of the safety measures that can be taken before and during a hurricane. Then, have them create a public service announcement (PSA) to help others understand those safety practices as well.
